FINALIDAD DEL TRATAMIENTO:

De acuerdo con la LSSICE, GOETTEN APARTAMENTOS, S.L. no realiza prácticas de SPAM, por lo tanto, no envía correos comerciales por e-mail que no hayan sido previamente solicitados o autorizados por el Usuario. En consecuencia, en todas las comunicaciones que recibirá del prestador, el usuario tiene la posibilidad de cancelar su consentimiento expreso para recibir nuestras comunicaciones.

No trataremos sus datos personales para ningún otro fin de las descritas excepto por obligación legal o requerimiento judicial.

No será objeto de decisiones basadas en tratamientos automatizados que produzcan efectos sobre sus datos.

LEGITIMACIÓN DEL TRATAMIENTO

La base legal para el tratamiento de los datos es su consentimiento otorgado en el momento de dar sus datos en el formulario correspondiente para llevar a cabo las finalidades, en el momento de marcación de la casilla de verificación.

El no facilitar los datos personales solicitados o el no aceptar la presente política de privacidad supone la imposibilidad de conseguir las finalidades anteriormente descritas.

Como usuario, tiene derecho a retirar el consentimiento dado en cualquier momento. La retirada del consentimiento no afectará a la licitud del tratamiento efectuado antes de la retirada del consentimiento.

También tiene derecho a presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad de control si considera que pueden haberse visto vulnerados sus derechos en relación a la protección de sus datos (aepd.es).

Al pulsar el botón “Me gusta” de esta página el usuario consiente Goetten Apartamentos SL, en cumplimiento de las condiciones de uso y política de privacidad de Facebook, pueda acceder a los datos personales de sus seguidores, publicar noticias e informaciones que aparecerán en el muro de éstos, así como enviar mensajes. GOETTEN APARTAMENTOS SL, en ningún caso utilizará los datos para otras finalidades que las descritas anteriormente. En todo momento el usuario puede dejar de ser seguidor, pinchando en la casilla “ya no me gusta”.

Youtube

Al seguir nuestro canal el usuario acepta que GOETTEN APARTAMENTOS SL, en cumplimiento de las condiciones de uso y política de privacidad de Youtube, pueda acceder a los datos personales de sus seguidores (nombre y fotografía), publicar noticias que aparecerán en la página principal de estos. GOETTEN APARTAMENTOS SL, en ningún caso utilizará los datos para otras finalidades que las descritas anteriormente. En todo momento el usuario puede dejar de ser seguidor, haciendo clic en el botón “Unsubscribe”.

La información facilitada por GOETTEN APARTAMENTOS SL, en sus perfiles de redes sociales tiene una finalidad meramente informativa. GOETTEN APARTAMENTOS SL, no se responsabiliza de los errores contenidos, ni de los daños o perjuicios derivados de su utilización.

GOETTEN APARTAMENTOS, S.L. tratará sus datos con las finalidades de administrar correctamente su presencia en la red social, informando de actividades, productos o servicios del prestador, así como para cualquier otra finalidad que las normativas de las Redes Sociales permitan.

Queda prohibida la publicación de contenidos:

- Que sean presuntamente ilícitos por la normativa nacional, comunitaria o internacional o que realicen actividades presuntamente ilícitas o contravengan los principios de la buena fe.

ENVÍO CV

En caso de que el usuario envíe su CV a través de nuestra web, se le informa que los datos aportados serán tratados por hacerlo partícipe de los procesos de selección que pueda haber, llevando a cabo un análisis del perfil del solicitante con el objetivo de seleccionar el mejor candidato para el puesto vacante del Responsable. Informamos que este es el único procedimiento oficial para aceptar su currículum, por lo que no se aceptarán los currículos remitidos por otro procedimiento diferente. En caso de producirse alguna modificación en los datos, le rogamos nos lo comunique por escrito lo antes posible, a fin de mantener sus datos debidamente actualizados.

Los datos se conservarán durante un plazo máximo de un año transcurrido el cual se procederá a la supresión de los datos garantizando un total respeto a la confidencialidad tanto en el tratamiento como en su posterior destrucción. PUBLICACIÓN DE SU TESTIMONIO

En caso de que el usuario quiera publicar su opinión en la web, le informamos que los datos aportados serán tratados para atender las sugerencias propuestas, experiencias u opiniones respecto de los productos y / o servicios para ser publicadas en la página web y así poder ayudar a otros usuarios. REMARKETING Y RETARGETTING

El remarketing es un sistema que permite crear anuncios adaptados o personalizados para los usuarios que, previamente, visitaron una página web y en este caso, nuestra. Se trata de una solución asociada a Google Adwords con el objetivo de conseguir un mejor retorno de la inversión (ROI). El Remarketing inserta una cookie en el ordenador del usuario y en los sites afiliados a Google Adsense con anuncios gráficos se muestre un banner del prestador.

El retargeting es la técnica que se utiliza para mostrar, en otras webs gracias a un sistema de tracking, anuncios gráficos a un usuario que ha abandonado nuestro site sin completar un proceso que deseábamos que acabara (registro, compra, solicitud, etc.), estos anuncios deberían estar principalmente orientados a la conversión del objetivo de nuestra web.

El prestador podrá seleccionar y publicar testimonios de clientes a los Servicios. Estos testigos pueden contener información de identificación personal, como su nombre y / o ciudad, estado o país en el que vive.
